7th grade

Rubric for colony project 
I apologize I forgot the rubric at school. For those who wish to hand it in on Monday for the extra credit I will accept it and hand it back to you with the rubric to make any corrections. Answer each question and make a brochure for the colony. The presentation will be included as a social studies grade as well as 2nd quarter speaking grade. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

7th Grade

Today we went over the main ideas of the colonies and summarized ideas of the section 1. Then we read Section 2.
No Homework tonight.
Friday we will outline section 2 and watch a video on the 13 Colonies

8th Grade

Today we read Chapter 15 Section 1 and outlined the section.
Homework create 2 webs using the Compromise of 1850 and Wilmot Proviso as the main idea and add at least 4 details about each.
Thursday we will be working more on the tensions between the North and South and if time we will start reading section 2.
I have all test and quizzes entered in Gradebook, but I am still grading the project. Hopefully I will be able to get them back to you by the end of the week.
